You get a pdf of the score and an mp3 of a live performance of the arrangement. This is William J. Kirkpatrick's setting; what many consider to be the English version of the melody. Wikipedia says of the lyrics: "Although it was long claimed to be the work of German religious reformer Martin Luther, the carol is now thought to be wholly American in origin." There is typically a third verse that was added later, but Peter Amidon prefers only the original older first two verses:
Away in a manger, no crib for a bed, The little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head. The stars in the bright sky looked down where he lay, The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.
The cattle are lowing, the baby awakes, But little Lord Jesus, no crying he makes. I love thee, Lord Jesus! look down from the sky, And stay by my cradle till morning is nigh.
