Performed here by the Starry Mountain Singers (with Cora Kelly and Peter & Mary Alice Amidon). Earlier in the year Peter heard Keith lead this song with some young fiddlers and singers, Keith accompanying them on piano. Peter was struck by Keith's harmonization and did this SATB arrangement based on Keith's harmonies, and later transcribed Keith's piano part from the Last Night Concert performance.
